HOW’S IT WORK?
Fill out the form below and submit it. Once submitted, our team will email you the final submission form. Once filled out, and emailed back to us, we will then send you an invoice for your total. Once your invoice is paid, your cards can then be dropped off at SportsKings located at 36 East McClain St., Scottsburg, IN 47170.
We are fully insured through Collectibles Insurance Services. This means your cards are protected while in our possession.
*All cards will be picked up at your drop off location once received back from PSA.
**Please be sure to read through the pdf packet once received.
Shipping costs will be added to invoice to and from PSA.
